Prepare, Protect, and GLOW!
Finally spring is here. The days are longer, the temperature is warmer and we can get that nice cardigan out from our closet and put the woollen scarfs away! Doesn’t that sounds great?
Today I wanted to bring you my favourite products to boost your skin and get ready for this spring/summer 2017.
Prepare!
Power Peel - Ole Henriksen
Power Peel from Ole Henriksen is one of my must haves, it makes such a difference! It´s almost magical how it transforms the appearance of the skin. For me it’s like a deep cleansing, exfoliating and detoxifying spa treatment. Its so easy to use and with spectacular results. It’s not a product you should use during the summer as it has a chemical peel system. But I think it’s a great opportunity in early spring. Just follow the steps and don’t worry if your skin gets red, its totally normal and it goes away.
Just always do it in the night time, and follow with a rosehip oil and the next day you will wake up with flawless and perfect skin. Don’t forget to use SPF afterwards for at least the following week.
Protect!
Photoderm MAX Crème SPF 50+ - Bioderma
This is one of my latest discoveries of this year, as my previous favourite face sunblock 'Protect The Truth SPF 50' from Ole Henriksen was recently discontinued, I was devastated by this (I´m a huge fan of the brand you will soon see) . I was never too worried about using a SPF before I left to London, but now I can see how good it was for my skin to keep protected from the sun. Living in a rainy city has its advantages after all!
This creme is perfect for my skin, not greasy at all and allows to be used a moisturiser and foundation without feeling overlaid. It´s suitable for sensitive skin.
Glow!
Eve Lom Radiance Perfected Tinted Moisturiser SPF15
My product to make you glow is Eve Lom's tinted moisturiser. I think its one of the best tinted moisturisers I have tried in my life. It has a fresh texture, sheer finish it doesn’t clog your pores. It also has the perfect coverage to get your skin flawless. Another thing that I love is that it contains SPF 15 and it’s full of antioxidants. My shade is Linen Nr 5, my skin is quiet pale with a neutral yellow base.
What about you? What are your must have products to set up your skin for spring?
